Shipping rate will be calculated upon checkout. We provide FREE shipping for local purchases of RM300 and above, and international purchases of USD300 and above. We provide the tracking number once shipped and delivery will take 1-3 business day(s) for Klang Valley; 3-5 working days for rest of Malaysia; and 14-21 working days for international countries.
Yes, other than Malaysia we do offer shipping to most international countries, unless not permitted under certain circumstances. The shipping rate will be calculated upon checkout.
Stripe and ipay88 is our payment processing agent. Through Stripe and ipay88, we accept major Visa and Mastercards, online banking payment through most local banks as well as selected E-wallet payments available.

Log in to your account and select “Order”. You will be able to see the consignment number which is your order tracking number. We will also send you an email letting you know when your order has shipped and is on its way.

If you are cleansing with a product that is stripping away your natural hydration then chances are you are doing more harm than good to your skin’s natural cycle. Because everyone’s skin is different, patch testing is super important for those with sensitive skin. We recommend testing the product(s) on the side of the neck, inside of the wrist, or inside of the elbow. Reactions will usually occur within 24 hours.
First, cleanse your face thoroughly with a mild cleanser and gently pat dry. Leave skin bare. Do not apply any moisturizers, serums, or treatments. After 30 minutes, examine your cheeks, chin, nose, and forehead for any shine or oil. After another 30 minutes, evaluate whether your skin feels parched, especially if you smile or make any other facial expressions.
If your skin feels tight, your skin is likely to dry. If there is a noticeable shine on your nose and forehead, your skin is most likely normal/combination. If there is shine on your cheeks in addition to your forehead and nose, you most likely have oily skin.
