Before and after shower, dispense an appropriate amount of the product and gently apply it on dry skin. Massage for about 1 minute in a circular motion, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
*TIPS: Recommended to use 2-3 times a week. (Once a week for the face). It can even be used on wet skin.
